#Osun 2022: PDP May Still Loose Governorship Mandate To APC – Brooom

Judiciary they say is the last hope of the ordinary man. if that is the case, then all hope is not lost for members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in reclaiming the mandate won by Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in last ssturday governorship election.

This can be pinned to the summary of the judgement of the case delivered by Justice Nathaniel Ayo-Emmanuel of the Federal High Court, Osogbo was worrisome.

Brooom Nigeria reliably gathered that he Honourable justice noted clearly that the primary election that produced Senator Ademola Adeleke was done at the right venue and was conducted by the right people but with wrong delegates. It means the primary election was built on nothing.

The pre-election case of who is the authentic candidate of the PDP has been in court. The case is now at the Appeal Court level, and by the time the party will be out of the court the PDP may end up loosing their mandate to APC.
