Lagos, Nigeria – Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has commission two housing estates, Raymond Estate and Sterling Heights Estate, in Agboyi-Ketu, today. The estates, comprising 170 units, were built by the Chairman of Agboyi-Ketu Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Mayor Dele Oshinowo, in collaboration with the private sector.
